The Deluxe Sourdough Bakery includes our San Francisco sourdough starter with instructions and care information, a one and a half quart storage crock with snap-on lid, 2.5 lb. of bakery flour, 2 oz. of sourdough flavor enhancer, a baker’s blade for scoring bread and a nylon whisk to stir starter when feeding.
