beer making instructions and suppliesCoopers Australian Beer Kits
Coopers beer kits are produced by an actual brewery. Coopers homebrew extracts are derived from two-row barley and wheat and are hopped using Tasmanian Pride of Ringwood hops. The grains are grown and processed in South Australia by the Adelaide Malting Company. 4-LB. (1.8-kg) cans.
Beer kits make brewing easy and fast. Since the hops are already blended and balanced with the malt there is no need to boil these kits for more that 20 minutes. All of these kit beers will work with Mr. Beer. See our tips for Better Mr. Beer.
You can enhance your brew by adding steeped specialty grains, dry malt extract and finishing hops. Check out Brewing with Pork-n-Beans for more beer kit ideas and What's Wrong with My Beer for tips on improving your beer recipes.
