Preserves color and flavor in fruits and prevents browning. Sprinkle 1/2 tsp on 1 cup sliced fresh fruit and toss. In canning, add 1 tsp to each cup of syrup. Freezing, mix 3 tbsp with on cup sugar, sprinkle fruit to form coating, seal and freeze. Makes light, medium or heavy syrups.
