The CIG to Cheese Making

Hiya Mr. Leverentz -- My friend and I were lucky enough to stop in your store last month. You were so gracious to sign a copy of your book on cheesemaking for me! I have made the first couple cheeses in the book- My friend and I can't get enough of the paneer and queso blanco - we had no idea it was so easy!

Just wanted to say I love your website & products. I have recently started my home cheese making venture. I ordered a kit from Leeners.com and it's fabulous, informative and loads of fun. I purchased a book from a local bookstore, but it was disappointing in comparison to the small booklet that comes with your kit. I should have bough 'the complete idiot's guide...' instead. Even so, from everything I've been reading...book or internet...I always end up coming back to your website or booklet. As I get more skilled, I look forward to experimenting and maybe coming up with my own cheese recipe at some point. I'm excited to share my new craft with everyone. So thank you for making it understandable, not intimidating...... and fun!
