Chemicals Used in Wine, Beer and Food

All of the chemicals and additives used to make beverages and foods must be of at least food grade quality. We set this as the minimum standard for all of our products and most meet the highest pharmaceutical standards. Our package labeling includes instructions for using each chemical along with the recommend dosage for each application.
