Making Cordials, Liqueurs and Spirits

Liqueur and cordials are ethanol spirit based drinks to which flavors are infused and are often enhanced by sweetening. Some flavored spirits are called cordials but there are no unflavored liqueurs. Both have their roots in moonshine and corn liquor.
