
Combine this sweet treat with the Chocolate Stout Pudding recipe given the Homebrewing section to make a pudding parfait.
Whisk the first four ingredients together in a medium saucepan. Gradually whisk in the next two liquid ingredients, heat over medium heat and bring to a boil while continuing to whisk. Boil for 1 minute. Add chopped chocolate and whisk until melted. Remove from heat and whisk in extract.
Serve as is or after Irish cream pudding has cooled for 5 minutes, divide among the 6 glasses containing the chocolate stout pudding. Chill puddings until cold, about 2 hrs. Serve as is or with a dollop of whipped cream.
