
Serve a sweet treat made with chocolate and stout.
Whisk the first four ingredients together in a medium saucepan. Gradually whisk in the next two liquid ingredients, heat over medium heat and bring to a boil while continuing to whisk. Boil for 1 minute. Add chopped chocolate and whisk until melted. Remove from heat and whisk in extract.
Divide the Chocolate Stout Pudding among 6 small glasses (8 oz. capacity). Serve as is or chill.
