Organic Cacao (Cocoa) Nibs

100% pure, partially fermented organic cacao from Brazil. Cacao nibs are pieces of cacao beans that have been roasted, hulled and prepped to the point where all that there is left to do is process them into bars (raw chocolate). They taste slightly similar to roasted coffee beans and are a bit crunchier. You can use these for baking or adding a hint of chocolate to your homebrewed stout.
