Green Bullet hops have been described as the ‘utility brewhouse workhorse’; they are a triploid high alpha variety with traditional bittering quality and hop flavor. Characterized not only by high alpha but high levels of oil to complement and balance the traditional character as well. Typical beer styles include Lagers, however it carries the Styrian characteristic of subtle spiciness that is perfect for fresh drawn stout. This variety works well with Fuggle and Willamette.
