This hops name is inspired by the grape variety Sauvignon Blanc due to its essential oil profile and fresh crushed gooseberry and grape infused flavors. It’s an excellent dual purpose hop that can be used to produce a punch or subtle bittering qualities. Typical beer styles include American Pale Ales and Lagers. There are no known substitutions. Alpha: 12.0-13.0%; Beta: 6.0-8.0%
