This is an aroma hop variety that is excellent in many applications and when employed in multiple additions from a single hop bill. It is characterized by lively lemon and lime tones with background hints of tropical fruit. This hops unique aroma and flavor make it suitable for producing bigger, more traditional style lagers, especially Bohemian Pilsners. Other beer styles include European Lagers and English Ales. Possible substitutions include Saaz and Sterling. Alpha: 6.5-8.5%; Beta: 5.0-5.5%
