Pacific Jade can be used for dual purpose applications , especially in Ales and as a finishing hop. It’s also suited for ‘up-front’ additions in dryer lager styles. It’s a high alpha hop characterized by bold herbal aromas and hints of fresh citrus and crushed black pepper. Alpha: 12.0-14.0%; Beta: 7.0-8.0%
