
Fuggle was once a predominant hop in England, it’s now reserved for aroma use in conjunction with high alpha types. It has a mild and pleasant hoppy aroma and is used in English and Belgian-style Ales, ESB’s, Bitters, Lagers, and Lambics. Possible substitutions include US Fuggle, Willamette and Styrian Golding. Alpha: 3.0-6.0%; Beta: 2.2-3.1%
