How to place an order on Leeners.com

Once you have decided on a product, enter a quantity (if more than one) and click the 'Buy' button. You will then be taken to the shopping cart, here you can:

Make quantity changes: simply change quantity in box and click 'apply changes' button
Get shipping costs: enter your zip code and country info (if applicable) and click either 'go' or 'apply changes' to see shipping costs.
Keep shopping: the 'keep shopping' button takes you to the last page you visited before the shopping cart.
Empty Cart: you can empty the shopping cart by clicking this button.
Remove Items: by clicking the red X in the item line of a product, that single product will be removed from the shopping cart.

When you have finished shopping click 'check out'. Now you have the following options:

Create an account

Customers who order from us frequently can create an account so that on your next order you will only have to enter payment information.

Leeners does not keep credit card numbers on file.

First, enter a valid email address and create a password.
Next enter your billing address and choose to receive the Leeners monthly newsletter.
Your account is complete; you may now move through the checkout process which is detailed below.

Checkout

There are five steps to our checkout process.

Step 1: enter your billing address (If you have created an account, your address will be filled in for you)
Step 2: Enter a shipping address. If it is the same as your billing address there is no need to enter another address. If you are using a different shipping address, check the button 'New shipping address' and enter it here. At the bottom of this page you may also enter special shipping instructions and gift messages if applicable.
Step 3: Confirmation of the shipping costs, review and click 'continue' to move to next step.
Step 4: Payment options; enter your credit card information and your order will be billed accordingly. Or you can select the 'print and order by mail' option; this will allow you to print your order and send to us with a check by mail. Your order will be shipped when it is received and payment confirmed.
Step 5: Confirmation of order and payment. This is your last chance to change your order before you submit it. You can choose to keep shopping, change your order or place your order. This is also where you enter a gift certificate code if applicable.
Order Complete: This is your confirmation, you will see an order number and a message that an email confirmation will be sent. Please keep email for your records.

Guest Checkout

You may use the guest checkout option if you do not wish to have your address information stored for future use. The checkout process is the same as detailed above. The only difference is that we will not store your information when using 'guest checkout'.

Returning Customers

For customers who have previously created an account. Simply enter your email address and password and we will pull up all of your information except for payment information. The checkout process is the same as above.
