    NATURAL HOG CASINGS $8.95
    Use for brats, fresh meat sausage, hot or sweet Italian sausage.  Natural casings offer consistent sizing, uniformity, minimized tangling, transparency and are tender, juicy and firm to the bite.  This 50 ft. package will stuff 25 to 30 pounds of sausage at 1-1/4 to 1-1/2" diameter.  Packed in salt and unopened package will keep for 6 months.  Refrigerate after opening.

    Used for stuffing traditional 3/4" diameter breakfast sausage, hot dogs and snack sticks.  5 oz. per package for 15 pounds

    Ready to use.  Do not soak callagen cassings in water.
