
Spicy Brown is made mostly from brown seeds and can be smooth or coarse but with a definite sharpness that compliments a variety of hot and cold meats.
Process brown mustard seeds in a spice or coffee grinder until they are a fine powder.
Place the ground seeds along with the rest of the ingredients into a blender or food processor and mix until evenly combined.
Place in glass jar, cover and age in a cool dark place until the desired pungency is reached (at least 2 weeks). Refrigerate after it reaches the desired pungency.
