American Yellow Mustard
American Yellow is made from the milder ground yellow mustard and added turmeric for the bright yellow color.
Ingredients
- 3/4 tsp Turmeric Ground
- 1/2 cup Ground Yellow Mustard
- 1/4 tsp Paprika Hungarian Sweet
- 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder Granules
- 3/4 cup white vinegar
- 1 tsp salt
Procedure
Place everything in a blender or food processor. Pulse or blend until all the ingredients are mixed evenly and mustard is smooth. Let age in a cool, dark place for 1-2 weeks and then refrigerate.
