
This is a great glaze for baked chicken or a bbq sauce on ribs or smoked fish.
Combine corn starch with ½ cup of cold water and set aside.
Combine all ingredients except raspberry puree in a sauce pan and bring to boil.
Stir in corn starch and boil until sauce begins to thicken.
Allow to cool then add raspberry puree. Stir well, bottle, then store in the refrigerator.
