Yield: 2 cups
Ingredients
- 2 TbspHabanero Pepper Mashor 6 fresh Habanero peppers
- 1 tspGarlic Powder Granules
- 1 TbspJamaican Jerk Spice
- 1 tspFlaked Salt
- 3/4 cupwhite vinegar
- 1/2 cuponiondiced
- 1 tspgingerground
- 2 tspallspice
- 1 cupfresh mangoor mango nectar
- 2 Tbspmolasses
- 1 Tbsplime juice
Procedure
Place all ingredients into a food processor and puree until smooth.
Pour sauce into saucepan and bring to a simmer. Hold at 180° F for 5 minutes.
Remove from heat and bottle as described under Bottling Hot Sauce. (This sauce will be too thick for a dropper fitment)
