The StaVin Oak Barrel Replica is a high quality, cost effective solution for providing barrel aged character to homemade wines. The Replica is a convenient way to impart three year seasoned, premium fire-toasted oak flavor without the mess of bulk chips. Each 18 inch piece of oak has a hole in the end for suspending in a carboy. Recommended usage is two replicas per six gallons with a minimum contact time of four months. Sold in packages of six in house toast only.
