New Zealand Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc

Eclipse Wine Kit
Item 3809

An intensely aromatic and fragrant wine with grass and currant leaves. This fruit-forward wine casts long, robust, zesty fruit flavors with a crisp dry finish. The Sauvignon Blanc grape is a green-skinned variety originating in the Bordeaux region of France. It is planted in many wine regions including Chile, Canada, New Zealand and South Africa among others. Flavors can range from wildly grassy to sweet and tropical depending on the climate. Sauvignon Blanc is generally consumed young as it doesn’t benefit from aging unless oak aged. Top off your bottles with quality corks and decorative shrink caps. Kit Instructions.
