This is a rich and silky wine with truffle, toast and herbs; also black cherry and raspberry flavors. It has a hint of black spice, earthy, well-balanced and food-friendly. Pinot noir grapes are a black wine variety; they are grown around the world in cooler regions and are chiefly associated with the Burgundy region of France. Pinot noir grapes are considered to produce some of the finest wines in the world in spite of the fact it’s difficult to cultivate and transform to wine. In the broadest terms, the wine tends to be of light to medium body with an aroma reminiscent of black and/or red cherry, raspberry and to a lesser extent currant and many other fine small red and black berry fruits. Top off your bottles with quality corks and decorative shrink caps. Kit Instructions. Changes to WineXpert kit instructions for 2013
