Ingredients
- 1-1/2 cupsLow fat milk
- 1/4 cupUnsweetened cocoa
- 3 ozBittersweet chocolate
- 1Egg,lightly beaten
- 3/4 cupSugar
- 1 TbspCornstarch
- 1 1/2 cupsPlain yogurtlow fat
Procedure
Combine sugar and cornstarch in a heavy saucepan. Stir in milk and beaten eggs; cook, stirring constantly over medium heat until mixture is thickened and coats a metal spoon. Stir in both chocolates and cool. Stir in vanilla and yogurt and freeze in your ice cream maker or by freezer method. 6 Servings
